Ballymaloe have been making mayonnaise at Ballymaloe House for a few generations and one thing they do know is that quality ingredients, in the right amounts are key to the perfect mayo. Ballymaloe Mayo is made in small batches using Irish free range eggs and a blend of oils and seasoning, making sure that the traditional recipe is respected. 

Ballymaloe House & Restaurant was opened in 1964 by Ivan and Myrtle Allen. The restaurant soon attracted international attention receiving many awards and is renowned to this day as the home of good food in Ireland. Ballymaloe Original Country Relish (labelled Original Tomato Sauce in North America) is a famous recipe of the house.

Ingredients - Sunflower Oil (80%), pasteurised egg yolk (9%), white wine vinegar, grape must, cold pressed extra virgin olive oil, wholegrain mustard, dijon mustard, Irish sea salt, cracked black pepper (0.2%)
Ingrédients - Huile de Tournesol (80%), jaune d'oeuf pasteurisé (9%), vinaigre de vin blanc, moût de raisin, huile d'olive extra vierge pressée à froid, moutarde complète, moutarde de Dijon, sel de mer d'Irlande, poivre noir concassé (0,2%)
