Ballymaloe Tomato Smooth Original Relish is an iconic Irish tomato relish or chutney made using chef Myrtle Allen’s famous ‘Ballymaloe House’ recipe. A delicate balance of sun ripened tomatoes and gentle spices, cooked slowly to preserve its famous flavor. A wonderfully versatile cupboard essential, one jar goes a long way, livening up the simplest meal & cheeseboards, transforming sandwiches or added to casseroles for great depth of flavor.

Ballymaloe House & Restaurant was opened in 1964 by Ivan and Myrtle Allen. The restaurant soon attracted international attention receiving many awards and is renowned to this day as the home of good food in Ireland.
