We ship to addresses in Canada and the USA only. Customers living in Ireland or Britain who wish to order products as gifts for friends or family living in either Canada or the USA are welcome to do so . Just supply the complete shipping destination address, including contact name and telephone number, at the time of check-out.
Shipping charges are based on the actual weight and dimensions of your total order as well as the shipping destination and method of shipping. A base charge applies to all parcel shipments. Your actual total shipping charge will be shown during checkout and before we take your payment information so, there will be no unpleasant surprises after you have placed your order.
If you live or will be visiting our area, you can select our free Click & Collect Order Pickup. Save money and get your items when you want with Click & Collect.
We accept orders that can be shipped as gift orders or ordered by someone on behalf of a friend or family member. Click here to get more details from our Gift Orders page.
Delivery of packages is facilitated through Canada Post and the US Postal Service. We chose Canada Post and the US Postal Service because of their ability to deliver packages to virtually any address in North America and to do so cost-effectively with fast delivery. Following are expected delivery standards by region based on information provided by Canada Post.
Delivery times are estimates only as provided by the carriers and days are based on business days (Monday through Friday excluding statutory holidays).
We make every effort to ship all orders within 24 hours when received by 1:00pm EST (Tuesday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays).
The estimated number of days for shipping does not include the day your package is shipped.
For USA shipments there may be an additional delay due to processing by U.S. Customs and by the U.S. Food & Drug Administration (orders containing food).
We ship to US Armed Forces Post Offices. Delivery times to final destinations through APOs can be longer than the above estimates.
We provide delivery confirmation tracking for all shipments and you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number once your package is shipped.
For your convenience, Canada Post Online Tools are available for shipping and delivery information for your package(s). Be sure to have the tracking number that you received via email when your package left our office.
Canada Post has weight and size limitations just like any other parcel delivery service. If you are unable to obtain a shipping quotation for your order and, the address you provided is valid for Canada or the USA, the likely cause is that the total weight of the order has exceeded the maximum allowable. Try removing a few items, particularly heavy products like jarred or tinned food products and resubmit your order for a shipping quote.
On all shipments to the USA, we will prepare the appropriate U.S. Customs import documentation to accompany the shipment. Any import duties and processing fees levied by the U.S. Customs Service is the sole liability of the purchaser.
For orders that contain food products, we are required to submit a Prior Notice of Shipment to the U.S. Food & Drug Administration (FDA). The FDA approval number for a shipment containing food will be shown on the shipping label along with product information for U.S. Customs.

We will replace defective merchandise for a period of 10 days from receipt. Prior to returning any defective product please contact us by calling 905-804-1731.
Non-defective products returns for refund are available for 30 day from receipt based on the following terms and conditions:
All returns must receive prior approval. Please call 905-804-1731 in order to request a return authorization.
A 20% restocking fee will be applied against the original purchase price of the item(s).
No refund will be issued for any shipping or import charges.
Items must be returned in new condition. No refund will be issued for items which have shown obvious signs of use.
For copyright reasons, no refunds can be issued for video discs, music CDs and books.
For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for any edible products.
A copy of the original sales receipt must accompany the product return.
Returns must be shipped, prepaid, to the address below. Once the product has been inspected, the applicable credit will be issued.
