** IMPORTANT PROGRAM UPDATE - APRIL 26, 2024 **
Preparations are underway for a major update to our website later this summer. This update will involve a completely new rewards program. Unfortunately the existing HomeStar Points will NOT BE carried over to the new system.
If you have rewards points, please redeem them BEFORE June 30, 2024. After that date, the existing rewards system will be shut down and any unused points will be lost.

We love new customers but to be honest, we love repeat customers that wee bit more! Our HomeStar Rewards Points has been designed to show our appreciation to those customers.
Our HomeStar Rewards Points program is easy to participate in and you can use your points starting with your second order - no minimum points to accumulate! Just register an account with our webstore and start shopping. When you checkout with your first order, you will see the rewards points you have earned.
HomeStar Rewards Points earned on an order will be credited to your account once your order has been completed. An order is considered complete after any adjustments are made to the available stock and payment has been confirmed by your credit card issuer or PayPal.
To redeem your points, just sign in to your account and navigate to the My Loyalty Points section. On this page you will see a list of all your rewards points transactions. If you have available points, you can convert them to a discount voucher that you can apply to your next order.

Terms & Conditions
- You must have a registered account with our webstore. Points will not be accumulated for orders placed using the Instant Guest Checkout option.
- HomeStar Rewards Points is an exclusive feature of our webstore. Rewards Points can only be generated and redeemed on orders placed through the webstore.
- Rewards Points are based on the value of products purchased only. Rewards Points are not generated for sales taxes and shipping charges.
- Rewards Points are not accumulated for products that have a discounted price.
- Any vouchers generated from redeemed points must be used within one year. Rewards Points cannot be refunded for vouchers that have expired.
- Rewards Points have no cash value.
- Rewards Points are not transferable.
