Ballymaloe Mayo 450ml

Ballymaloe Mayo is made in small batches using Irish free range eggs and a blend of oils and seasoning, making sure that the traditional recipe is respected. We think that this is what gives it a really good consistency and a rich flavour; just right for any sandwich.

Ballymaloe House & Restaurant was opened in 1964 by Ivan and Myrtle Allen. The restaurant soon attracted international attention receiving many awards and is renowned to this day as the home of good food in Ireland. Ballymaloe Original Country Relish (labelled Original Tomato Sauce in North America) is a famous recipe of the house.

Ingredients - sunflower oil (79%), egg yolk (9%), white wine vinegar, condiment vinegar (white wine vinegar, grape must), extra virgin olive oil, wholegrain mustard, dijon mustard, salt, cracked black pepper (0.2%)
