FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

With the exception of some food items, most of the products we sell are considered taxable in Canada. Shipping charges are also considered as a taxable service. 

Taxes are charged based on the shipping destination of the order, regardless of the geographic origin of the order. For example, an order with a billing address in Ireland and shipping to an address in Ontario, Canada will be taxed at the Ontario rates for applicable items. Similarly, an order with a billing address in Ontario and shipping to an address in the USA will not be taxed as we do not collect taxes for destinations outside of Canada.

Orders for pickup at our retail location are taxed at the Ontario, Canada rates regardless of their origin.
