Having trouble with passwords?

With the launch of our renovated site in September 2024 we increased the level of security to protect our customers and ourselves.

Customer passwords must now be a minimum of 8 characters in length and should contain a mixture of letters, numbers, capitalized letters and special characters.

If you are having trouble logging in with an old password and/or having trouble resetting your password, check that it is secure enough for our new site.


Are all the products you sell shown on the website?

Yes, all of the products we offer are shown on the webstore. And, the prices shown online are the same as what you will find in the store.


Do you have a retail store that I can shop in?

Yes, we have a traditional 'bricks & mortar' retail store in Mississauga, Ontario. Anything that can be purchased online can also be bought in the store.


Is there a minimum order amount?

We require a minimum order amount of $25.00 (before shipping & taxes) for all orders placed using our online store. 


Can I save my cart until some items come back into stock?

Contents of your shopping cart will be automatically retained for at least 48 hours as a feature of our website however, there is no function that allows you to save the contents of a cart beyond that time. If you want to maintain a list of items to purchase at any give time, you might want to try adding those items to a Wishlist.


How does a relative in the UK use the website to place an order to send to me in Toronto?

This is quite simple and is what we would normally call a gift order. All the sender has to do is to add your address as an additional shipping point and then select it when going through the checkout.
